These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bdt9 ("bdt9", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website at bdt9.io and all related services, including sportsbook betting, live casino, slots, crash games, instant-win games, payment processing, and customer support.

By completing the account registration process, clicking any "I Agree" checkbox, making a deposit, or otherwise using any service provided by bdt9, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the bdt9 platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any individual promotion terms, the individual promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that specific promotion only.

To register and maintain an account with bdt9, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bdt9 strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all registered players. Underage gambling is prohibited and any account found to have been opened by a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, with all funds confiscated.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting in your personal capacity, and not on behalf of any legal entity or third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law and where bdt9 has formally restricted access.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of bdt9, nor a close family member or household member of any such person.
• You are of sound mental capacity and are not acting under duress, undue influence, or any form of impairment that would affect your ability to enter into a binding legal agreement.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from bdt9 or had an account terminated by bdt9 for breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and a valid mobile number associated with your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket number as applicable). You must update your account information promptly if any details change.

bdt9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including during registration, before processing any withdrawal, or when account activity triggers an internal review. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by bdt9 support may result in account suspension.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account with bdt9. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different devices, or different payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Upon discovery of duplicate accounts, bdt9 will close all associated accounts, cancel any pending withdrawals, and forfeit any bonus balances across all accounts. Only the original primary account's real-money balance, if any, may be considered for return at bdt9's sole discretion.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bdt9 will never contact you to request your password. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify bdt9 support immediately via live chat and change your password without delay.

bdt9 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and without prior notice if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms, for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose, or in a manner that could cause harm to bdt9 or other players. In such circumstances, bdt9 will retain any funds in the account pending investigation and will not be liable for any losses arising from the suspension or closure.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. All pending bets will be settled in accordance with standard game rules before closure. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method, subject to identity verification requirements having been met.

bdt9 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed within the account dashboard at the time of requesting a withdrawal.

Deposits made via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to the player's bdt9 account within 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed on the relevant mobile banking platform. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the originating bank. bdt9 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawal requests are processed by bdt9 on a continuous basis, including weekends and public holidays. Requests from fully verified accounts under standard amounts are typically completed within 24 hours. Requests that trigger enhanced due diligence review may take longer. bdt9 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal and to delay processing where it suspects fraudulent or irregular activity.

• All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where that method does not support withdrawals, in which case an alternative verified method may be used.
• bdt9 does not accept deposits from or make payments to third-party accounts. The name on the payment method must match the registered account name.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited. Players should contact support immediately if a deposit is made in error; bdt9 will make reasonable efforts to assist but cannot guarantee recovery.
• bdt9 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction charges for which bdt9 bears no responsibility.

Any funds deposited that are reasonably believed by bdt9 to be proceeds of crime, money laundering, or any other illegal financial activity will be frozen, reported to the relevant authorities, and forfeited from the player's account. bdt9 complies with applicable international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and will cooperate fully with any lawful investigation.

bdt9 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time, including welcome deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, which form part of these Terms when read together.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all bdt9 promotions:

• Bonuses are credited as bonus funds, which are separate from real-money balances. Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the stated wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real money.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the total bonus amount credited. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 in total eligible bets before withdrawal of winnings is permitted.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at lower rates as specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• bdt9 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not affect bonuses already validly claimed and in active use.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

bdt9 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal variance, bet hedging across multiple outcomes, collusion with other players to split bonus funds, and use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer. Where bonus abuse is identified, bdt9 will void all associated bonus funds and winnings and may close the account.

All sports bets placed on bdt9 are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, competition, and market type. Cricket betting markets, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh national team fixtures, are governed by bdt9's Cricket Betting Rules, which are published in the sportsbook section and updated as required. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, bdt9's decision is final.

All casino games, including live casino tables, slots, crash games, and instant-win games, use certified random number generation (RNG) or regulated live dealing to determine outcomes. Game results are final once a round is completed. Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays for the affected round; any stake credited to a player's account as a result of a malfunction will be reclaimed by bdt9.

bdt9 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any market, game, player, or account category at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Systematic exploitation of pricing errors, arbitrage strategies, or any pattern of betting that bdt9 reasonably determines to be professionally structured to guarantee profit regardless of outcome may result in stake restrictions or account limitation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdt9 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Use of automated tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other attempt to influence the outcome of any sporting event on which bets have been placed via bdt9.
• Money laundering, structuring, or any other attempt to use bdt9 to conceal the origin of funds or process the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Registering under a false identity, providing forged or altered identification documents, or impersonating another person.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, software bugs, or errors in game logic to generate winnings that would not have been possible under normal operating conditions.
• Accessing bdt9 via VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tools in jurisdictions where bdt9 has formally restricted access.
• Any attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to bdt9's servers, networks, or underlying technical infrastructure.

bdt9 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing players with the tools and information they need to maintain control of their gambling activity. All registered players have access to the following self-management tools via their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps. Decreases take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bdt9 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or publicly display any part of the bdt9 platform without the prior written consent of bdt9.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdt9 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the bdt9 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if bdt9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bdt9 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. bdt9 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

In all circumstances, bdt9's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to bdt9 in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bdt9 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By creating an account and using bdt9's services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

bdt9 may share your personal data with third-party identity verification providers, payment processors, fraud prevention services, and regulatory authorities where required by law or where necessary to fulfil its obligations under these Terms. bdt9 will not sell your personal data to unrelated third parties for marketing purposes.

bdt9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of bdt9 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.

bdt9 may terminate your account and these Terms immediately and without notice if you breach any provision of these Terms, if bdt9 is required to do so by law or regulatory instruction, or if continuing to provide services to you would expose bdt9 to legal, financial, or reputational risk. Upon termination for cause, any funds associated with breaching activity may be forfeited.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bdt9 holds its operating licence, without regard to any conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact bdt9 support in good faith and attempt to resolve the dispute directly. bdt9 will make reasonable efforts to reach an amicable resolution within 30 days of receiving a written description of the dispute. This informal dispute resolution process is a prerequisite to any formal proceeding, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
